Making ReSharper respect case-sensitive code completion options

Is it possible to make ReSharper respect a capital letter in code completion input text to refine the drop-down options?

I've posted a question on StackOverflow about this, and I think it's fairly clearly explained there, so here's the link: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9831378/how-do-i-make-resharper-respect-capitals-in-camelcase-code-completion

In short: do any of you know if this is possible in ReSharper 5.1 (I'm running it on VS 2008)?

Re: Making ReSharper respect case-sensitive code completion options

Hello Josh

I'm afraid there's no way to achieve such behavior with ReSharper 5.1 or higher. You're welcome to add a usability problem report at http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues/RSRP. Thank you!
