When i try to profile a web application hosted in IIS6.0 .Net Framework 2.0, the classes related to the application is not getting listed in the CPU call trace. Although there is a corresponding hit to the particular asp (which is evident from the access logs), not able to locate the class related calls in the profiling call trace.
