phpstorm for Drupal

I am trying out phpstorm(96.1009) to see if it can take over being my IDE for Drupal. Below are the steps I have taken to get Drupal working with phpstorm.

    1. Added an external library that points to the Drupal download
    2. Added php support to .install, .module file & .inc

However there seems to be some problems. When I do "ctrl + space" it brings up the global variables. However it is not bring up the Drupal global variables such a $user.http://api.drupal.org/api/globals provides a list of the variables that should be present.

Are there any plans to add support for simple test (http://simpletest.org)?

Does anyone have any more tips to get better integration with Drupal?

Try pressing Ctrl+Space TWICE to get all global variables listed. It should show $user and other vars if globals.php is added to your project.

Why would you add an external library pointing to the Drupal download? Is your project folder a subfolder of it?

I'm trying to get PHPStrorm working with Drupal, but I get a lot of errors regarding undefined variables like $db_url etc.
