Remote profiling

Hi,

 

I already created a post in the tracker forum, but I realized that it should be in EAP. Sorry for that..

 

 

I am trying to profile a live website (in production) from my dev machine

 

I tried to follow your guidelines, but when I try to connect to the remote server I always get the error "Host isn't reachiable from agent".

 

Also how can I change/check the port on which the agent is listening (9000 by default)?

 

I am using a professional licence 4.0

I tried also to instal the 4.0.1 build 666 (curently installed) but same problem

Have you seen the guideline ?

Have you tried to disable windows firewall and antivirus firewall?
