Astella status

What is the current status on Astella? EAP will expire in a couple of days, no announcement on Jetbrains homepage, release date is supposed to be end of 2011. It seems kind of lonely in the forum.

 

I am still working with IntelliJ 11 EAP because the make problem http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/AS-204?projectKey=AS makes Astella unuseable/inefficient at the moment. Any new EAP soon?

Astella is in development, EAPs will be published before previous one expires. But before IDEA 11 release our priorities are shifted a bit towards IDEA testing and bugfixing. I'm afraid we can't promise Astella release in 2011, we need to evaluate changes in the market after recent Adobe's announcements.

Oh no. If you decide to cancel the Astella product/IDEA Flex plugin - how about an Astella/IDEA Flex plugin Community Edition ?

Have you seen anything about cancelling Flex support in IDEA? I haven't. Flex support in IDEA will evolve as long as people use the technology.
