".NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.3695- Failed to CoCreate profiler."

I am getting the following error when trying to do a remote profile of .net runtime.  The server part loaded fine but the client part kept crashing. Then I stopped the process on the server side.

I noticed that the IIS default website was stopped. Did not know if profiling caused this issue and we had to manually restart it.

We then stopped the profiling and removed the remote component from the server. But now I am noticing that on every iis request there is this run time error created in the event log.

The server OS is windows 2003 sp2 and the client is windows xp. I am using 4.5 version of the dottrace.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

O! I have found in what trouble was

One my colleague was already using DotTrace profile on this machine

Just after he released the target service I connected with profiler successfully.
