Sometimes dotTrace does not show all time details.

For example the methods tree can be shown this way:

MethodA - 100ms

      MethodA1 - 50ms

      MethodA2 - 10ms

      MethodA3 - 4ms

And thats all.

What was the rest of time spent for?

I mean dotTrace does not show what consume remaining 100-50-10-4=36 ms.
