How can I change the color of the gutter VCS indicator? (PIC)

In creating my new dark theme, this is all I have left to tweak. 

 

I have rummaged through the settings endlessly, and cannot seem to find where to change this color.  Is it even possible?

Hi Josh,  yes, try Settings->IDE Settings->Editor->Colors & Fonts->Diff  HTH, Yann

Hi Yann,

 

I've tried changing all the colors under Diff, and none seem to change it.  Any thoughts?

Accordingly to this ticket it has been fixed (although I don't know what version you run, so it may be not there yet .. or it may work differently -- I've not tested this myself yet). Please try Settings | Editor | Colors & Fonts | General | Added Lines / Modified Lines

Hi Andriy,

 

Those settings did not change the color (even after save and application restart).  I'm running the latest Intellij update:
