I am trying to run tests using MSTest and get a coverage report using dotCover.
When I try to run my tests all of them are marked as "Inconclusive: Test wasn't run"
Is this a known issue? Is there any solution?

Could you please provide some details about your use case? What version of dotCover are you using? Do you have ReShaper installed? What is its version?
The tests aren't run only in the case when you try to get coverage or even if you just run them?
