Web Essentials

Hello,

 

After reading an article at nettuts+ I visited http://vswebessentials.com/ which is a plug-in for MS Visual Studio and provides some really nice front-end features that I would love to see in PhpStorm / WebStorm.

 

Some examples:

 

- Generating vendor specific CSS properties and keeping them in sync

- Browser Support Matrix

- Duplicate Properties and Selectors Check

- Minification

- Lorem Ipsum Generator

- Closer LESS integration and compilcation


etc

 

I also like how an example for the properties you type is given in a tooltip.

Hey,

 

The feature I am talking about is quite a bit different. I submited a request here:

http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-6359

 

Web Essentials plugin also has several other nice front-end features so the developers of WebStorm / PHPStorm should take a look at it
