No FTP via UMTS?

Hello,

 

i have got a very strange thing here - i don't know if it is a bug or a problem in my system setup...

 

I cannot deploy using FTP when i am connected to the internet via UMTS. A native Mac FTP-Client works fine.

 

My system is MBP with mountain lion, phpStorm EAP 126.92. My UMTS connection is via Vodafone Websessions. Anything else you need to know?

 

Even when i click "Test FTP Connection" in the deployment settings, no connection is possible.

Hello,

 

does it work with other internet providers? First of all, try to enable Passive mode or/and Compatibility mode in server's Advanced Settings. If it doesn't help, please enable debug logging as described here and attach your idea.log (Help | Reveal log in Finder) here.

Hello,

 

thank you for your reply. When I'm connected to the internet at the office, everything works. I never had FTP-Problems with phpStorm before. I don't have to deploy via UMTS very often - so it was the first time i had this problem. I will try your suggestions the next time i'm connected via UMTS.
