I have a Logitech G11 keyboard, which has 18 functions keys. That could be very useful with PHPStorm. Is there a way to use them?

You could try to configure the shortcuts with these keys in Settings | Keymap.

I tried to do that, but all special keys (not limited to G keys BTW) give "unknown key code: 0x0".
So they all act like one key, PHPStorm (or java?) cannot differentiate them.
Could you please file a new issue to the tracker?
