Tool window layouts

Hello. I am having trouble finding a way to manipulate the layout in webstorm. Is there a way I can have a layout that look like the following mockup image:

In this case, the project window tool goes from top to bottom, and the debugger and console are split in two instead of being tabs of one another. Can I achieve any of this? I haven't been able to so far.

Hi Mathieu,

 

No.

1) That tab is part of the Debug tool window -- you cannot detaich it from there and move to another location (excep making it floating / standalone completely)

2) There is no controls for attaching it to another location (like other toolwindows have)
