I am trying to profile a live website (in production) from my dev machine
I tried to follow your guidelines, but when I try to connect to the remote server I always get the error "Host isn't reachiable from agent".
Also how can I change/check the port on which the agent is listening (9000 by default)?
I am using a professional licence 4.0
I tried also to instal the 4.0.1 build 666 (curently installed) but same problem

Yes I tried all that, I've read the guidelines, etc...
Since, I've been in touch with the support, and my problem is solved.
The problem was that the Agent was trying to resolve the "full hostname" and not the "hostname", which means "hostname+domain name".
That was a problem because the DNS server was resolving this with the external IP.
I changed my host file to make it resolve with the local IP and everything is working fine now.
As I suggested to the support, you may want the Agent to try both if the first one (full hostname) does not work, as you may have some customer for which it would be impossible to do what I did to solve the problem.
