Load specific changeset/label from TFS

Is it possible to define a static changeset on the VCS configuration with TFS? I'd like to define the path and the changeset or label to use when getting latest.

Due to the fact that we don't branch from the root (Main), but we branch subfolders of root, the dependencies to other folders that were not branched should be built from Main on the changeset of when the branch was made, or the changeset for the last merge.

I'd like to have a project that builds all the branched folders from latest in the branch together with the remaining folders from Main in a specific changeset (not latest), possibly identified with a Label.
